Attitudes toward war in Worcester shifting

As a front-page headline last week in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette put it: "Peace getting better response."

Responses by passers-by to Worcester's weekly Lincoln Square peace vigil continue to be much more positive than in the past. (For the stats, download ratio.pdf.)
Only time will tell if this anti-war shift in opinion will last, and if it will produce concrete changes in our nation's Iraq policy.
The vigil is held each Tuesday from 3:45-4:45 pm in Lincoln Square.
