Twelve local schools have still not responded to a public records request for "No Child Left Behind" data, over 30 days after the initial written request, and after receiving a reminder phone call after two weeks.
The public records request was made on Jan 7th to 26 area schools, as part of the Worcester Indymedia story on recruitment in our schools. Only four responded in the required 10 days.
A complaint will be made to the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Office against the following twelve schools that failed to respond to the public records request:
- Bartlett J.S.High School
- Clinton Senior High School
- Framingham High School
- Grafton Memorial Senior
- Leominster Center Tech Educ
- Milford High School
- Millbury Junior/Senior High School
- Oxford High School
- Quaboag Regional High School
- Sutton High School
- Tantasqua Regional Senior High School
- Tantasqua Regional Vocational
See Worcester Indymedia's earlier story on how to make a public records request.
